Return Policy

No Returns Allowed:
Fireworks are classified as explosive materials, and as such, returns are strictly prohibited due to safety and legal regulations under the Explosives Act. -
Restricted Transport Conditions:
Only licensed transport carriers are legally authorized to carry fireworks. Once dispatched, products cannot be taken back under any circumstance.
Refund Policy (For Missing Items)
Refunds are only applicable in case of missing items, subject to the following conditions:

Mandatory Unboxing Video:

The video must start before the package is opened and be continuous and unedited.

It must clearly show the parcel, all received items, and the invoice inside the box.

The missing item(s) should be mentioned and visibly not included in the video.

Submit Within 24 Hours:

You must report the issue and share the full unboxing video within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

❗️Claims without proper video evidence and timely reporting will not be considered.

Orders Can Be Cancelled Before Dispatch:
If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so before the order is dispatched to our licensed transport partner. -
No Cancellation After Dispatch:
Once the parcel has been handed over for Transport, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded due to transport regulations and the hazardous nature of the items.
